West Lodge Park Hotel Hadley Wood
We went for afternoon tea today and cannot praise highly James Restaurant Manager and his team today. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. The sandwiches and cakes being replenished. Tea was unlimited. The food was fresh and tasty. We were given boxes at the end to take our leftover’s home. We will certainly be returning! Keep up the high standards experienced today. Thank you

I am so disappointed with TripAdvisor. I have used it to review hotels before going on holiday for years. But now it cannot be trusted so many fake reviews. The fake ones are so obvious.

Trip Advisor is a bogus computer run company who unlike any other company doesn't pay for its stock. Its stock is in fact the hard working companies who have no say or influence on how reviews are managed. We have had reviews down to a single star for being closed for essential infrastructure works when we had no water or drainage so clearly not able to open but Trip Advisor published these petty review's. it makes a nonsense of any standards they claim to uphold, and at our expense. Its a scam.

As a TripAdvisor Business customer, I find their service appalling. It makes me wonder how this company actually functions. It's totally inefficient.

Dear customer care team,
I am really very upset with your service, customer taking services not to spoil their tour/traveling but due to such very unorganised people, company customer getting cheated, all inhuman work customer can find anywhere then why this company making fool to any human being... Totally disregard of human rights and aesthetic... I am really very disappointed with your management and system... Customer will forget the money but not the behaviour of this company system and management...

I am satya planned a trip for Goa by TripAdvisor. Agent is in Delhi, company TripAdvisor from out side of India and local agent in Goa very bad experience...
I will request to everyone never book a trip by trip advisor, you will not get any refund and agent is not ready to give you proper service and response. Agent knows that customer not able to contact this company because company doesn't belong to india and help center ISD number...

i’ve been told that they will not tajke money from my account and they took it actually i have no booking the confirmation emial link is not working
they took 4000 dollars from my account
and they are not responding
i have a lot of evidence against them and ill sue this company
how they play with peope who trust their name

I find it amazing how there isn't a customer support team. I've had longer conversations with animals then with anyone from TripAdvisor. As a Hotel Manager- we know guests use TA for reliability- Little do the Consumers know- TA has ZERO reliability

I recently booked a room at the Harrison Hall Hotel... We have been going to Ocean City for 40 years and this is the worst experience ever. We got our room and it was just awful.....The shower had mold and the rug was filthy dirty... The hall ways were disgusting..... I understand that it is an old hotel...BUT there is no reason for the filth.... I walked in the room and said to my husband I can not stay here let's go...... We went downstairs and told the girl at the front desk. We drove down the street and found a room at the Spinnaker and it felt like our lucky day. The room was spotless and we actually saved $300 for more of a room.... imagine that....Please do not book a room at The Harrison Hall

Royal Albertros Moderna in Sharm el sheik was a amazing place to stay. Most relaxing rooms and a large choice of food morning afternoon and tea this hotel is amazing and I seriously advice people to try it I was so upset to leave and go home everybody down to the cleaning staff were 100% and I would like to thank all the staff for making my holiday in egyupt truly remarkable expierence thank you Royal Albertros Moderna hotel

We booked a stay in a great place. There were some things we didn't like. Tripadvisor asked for our review. We submitted it along with our concerns. They emailed us and explained that they will nit post our review. This tells me that they only post favorable reviews but not honest or authentic ones.
